People for Food is building the first personalized nutrition AI agent, and bringing it on-chain.

The scarce resource in a future of AI personalized nutrition will be trust. The bottlenecks will be reaching consensus on the truth of what "healthy" means, and reaching consensus on the food product information that is submitted to AI.

People for Food is building the decentralized protocol to generate "truth" about food products without relying on any centralized body, and building the open personalized nutrition platform to power the "food as medicine" revolution. The future is bright—when people can discover their superfoods and trust them, health draws near.

We're a team of mission-first people excited about the future. We're partnered with Dr. Dominic D'Agostino and the Metabolic Health Initiative on creating the gold standard of food scoring based on scientific consensus, and getting credibility in their sphere. We're actively raising from multiple funding sources.

You'd be the first full-time hire, working directly with the founders. The current goal is to find product-market fit, measured by users paying for personalized food recommendations. You will own the end-to-end zero-to-one build of:

• The first verticalized metabolic health AI Agent. This includes designing agentic scaffolding, multi-agent orchestration, agent task benchmarks
• The decentralized protocol. This includes smart contracts, L1/L2 infrastructure, oracle design, tokenomics design, managing wallets, consensus-based governance
• The consumer application. The multi-agent AI pipeline that produces metabolic health scores for food products and the mobile app where consumers get personalized answers about what food does to their body

• Passionate about the problem PFF is solving
• Built web3 projects before
• Proficient in AI agent scaffold design and deployment at scale
• Proficient at agentic engineering work processes
• Great product sense
• Great communicator
• Highly curious and intrinsically motivated.

The team is seeking funding but currently working without pay for the 3-month initial commitment. The goal is to secure funding and have income for all team members to work on the project full-time for the next year. Given that PFF is pre-funding, here's our commitment to you:

• 5% equity as the first employee, one-year cliff. Converts directly to token ownership post-tokenization.
• $100K–$150K CAD salary when funding is secured.
• 3-month initial commitment. If funding doesn't come through, everyone—founders included—walks away cleanly.

• Lead a zero-to-one build at the intersection of AI, crypto, and metabolic health science.
• Work directly with the founders and shape every technical decision.
• Be part of defining a new industry and building a platform for the benefit of society's future. What People for Food is building hasn't been done before.
